01 / The possibilities
Start with the work. Find where AI fits.
Every team has a different bottleneck. We look at your real processes, your existing tools, and the work you want to make easier.
A possible starting point
From an idea to a clearer next step.
Bring research, customer feedback, and technical context into the way you plan and build. Explore development assistance, better briefs, and more informed product decisions.
You keep the product judgment. AI helps prepare the work.
01
Gather the context
Feedback, research, and project notes
02
Prepare a useful draft
A structured brief with open questions
03
Decide, then build
Your team reviews priorities and tradeoffs
A possible starting point
Less copying. Better connections.
Look at where information gets stuck between your tools. Connect the relevant systems, prepare routine handoffs, and use AI where interpretation adds value.
A simpler process or ordinary automation can be the right answer, too.
01
Map the handoff
Where information arrives and who needs it
02
Connect the tools
Prepare and route the relevant information
03
Review the action
Keep approval with the right person
A possible starting point
Useful signals. Less searching.
Explore KPI reports prepared by agents, business and infrastructure monitoring, and alerts for changes worth a closer look. Keep sources visible and define what needs human attention.
Agree the metrics, check the outputs, and make escalation clear.
01
Choose the signals
Agreed metrics and reliable data sources
02
Prepare the update
A sourced report that flags missing data
03
Investigate what matters
Clear alerts and an owner for the next step
Illustrative examples. We choose the workflow and agree its scope together.
02 / The approach
Clear advice. Hands-on when it counts.
Work directly with me, from the first questions to the practical details. The aim is something useful that your team understands and can keep using.
01
Understand & prioritise
Map how work happens today. Choose a worthwhile problem, assess the tools, and define what a useful result would look like.
A clear first workflow
02
Build & test
For an agreed implementation, connect the tools and try a focused prototype. Test it against real examples, including the awkward ones.
A tested way forward
03
Learn & take ownership
Work through the setup together, document how it works, and make the review steps clear so your team can take it from there.
Knowledge that stays with you
The person behind the work
12years in software engineering
Hi, I’m Thibault. An engineer who gets involved.
I’m the founder of Basedev, based in Amsterdam. My experience spans backend development, infrastructure, and product responsibility.
I bring that engineering perspective to AI consulting: how a workflow connects to your systems, where it can fail, and what your team needs to run it. We’ll work through the choices and the implementation together.

03 / Ways to work together
A practical place to begin.
Find the right direction
AI Workflow Advisory Sprint
For a team that wants to know where to start. Review up to three workflows within one team through two working sessions and focused stakeholder conversations.
Leave with prioritised recommendations, tool options, indicative costs, and a concrete first test.
Advice and a written plan. Implementation is scoped separately.Put the plan into practice
Hands-on implementation
For a team with a workflow ready to build. Get practical support with integrations, prototypes, testing, documentation, and team handover.
Agree the deliverables, access, budget, and tests before work starts. Build from there, together.
A focused project or additional support, with an agreed scope.
Let’s make it practical
What would you like to make easier?
Tell me a little about your team, the tools you use, and the work that gets in the way. We’ll start there.
