This is a static company website. We do not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics, contact forms, or website cookies. We do not ask you to create an account.
The site is hosted using Amazon Web Services. Delivering and protecting the website involves technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider may process that information for operation and security.
When you contact us
If you email support@basedev.org, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation.
We use Namecheap Private Email for company email. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list merely because you contacted us.
Why we process information
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries. If your enquiry concerns a contract, we may also process information to take steps at your request before entering into that contract. Where applicable, we retain records to meet legal obligations.
